Welcome to my website showcasing my artwork created in the Scottish Highlands.
As a landscape artist my inspiration comes from walking and painting in the North West of Scotland, working with dramatic lighting and in challenging weather conditions that the Highlands are renowned for. I enjoy sketching and painting outdoors trekking to remote locations to experience nature at its finest.
Influenced by the Impressionists I try to paint freely with the aim of capturing a moment spent en plein air.
